The Manulife Mortgage Referral Agreement and Client Disclosure has been posted on the GP Wealth Management website, in the GP Wealth Forms section. This disclosure document must be provided to, and signed by, all clients that you have referred to Manulife Bank for a Manulife Bank lending product such as a Manulife One Account or a Manulife Bank Mortgage.

The signed disclosure form will need to be provided to GP Wealth prior to receiving your referral fee for Manulife Bank referrals. The disclosure form needs to be provided to all clients prior to the client referral to Manulife Bank, however the signed disclosure need only be collected for clients that purchase a Manulife Bank product.

In addition, any clients that have already been referred to Manulife Bank, and have purchased a Manulife Bank product, will need to receive and sign off on this disclosure. Each advisor will receive, via e-mail, a list of clients for whom we require a signed disclosure document.
