As part of our annual budgeting and planning, we review our advisor compensation package and update the compensation schedule accordingly.  We want to be sure that if any changes are made, they are small incremental changes on an annual basis as needed rather than larger adjustments once every several years.

For the 2021 year, we will be changing both the Financial Advisors and Branch Compensation Schedules.  We have adjusted them to reflect the normal administrative cost increase we anticipate.  Keep in mind that these changes only affect the tiers and thresholds however the top payouts will remain unchanged.

We believe that this decision also ensures that our compensation schedule remains among the most competitive in the industry.  We trust that each Financial Advisor will appreciate this decision and we thank each of you in advance for your continued business and support.
